Proms Cutaway SPOILERS

The Doctor Who BBC prom that is to be preformed on 27th July at the Royal Albert Hall, includes an exclusive scene, written by Russell T Davies, the scene which is to air at the prom and on BBC1 sometime after the live prom will feature David Tennant as The Doctor and and an old friend, that old friend has now been revealed by Blogtor Who, the friend is The Graske (highlight to reveal).

Doctor Who Prom – Sunday 27 July

With a little help from the Daleks, Cybermen and other monsters, this season’s family concert sees BBC One’s hit series Doctor Who come to the Proms and marks the 50th anniversary of the BBC Radiophonic Workshop.

The whole family is invited to spend a fun-packed musical morning (Sunday 27 July) in the company of Freema Agyeman (aka Martha Jones) and other members of the Doctor Who cast alongside the BBC Philharmonic and London Philharmonic Choir.

The concert includes a specially filmed scene, Music Of The Spheres, written by Russell T Davies and starring David Tennant. There will also be classical favourites with a strong flavour of time and space, including Jupiter from Holst’s The Planets, as well as live performance of selections of Murray Gold’s music from the TV series. Soloists are Melanie Pappenheim and Tim Phillips.
