Doctor Who Series 4 Scripts

After the release of Russell T Davies’ book, The Writers Tale, the website accompanying the book,  http://www.thewriterstale.com/, has uploaded 6 series four scripts. The scripts available are Voyage of the Damned, Partners in Crime, Midnight, Turn Left, The Stolen Earth and Journey’s End, all the scripts are written by Russell and include deleted scenes including the TARDIS coral scene from Journey’s End which is included on the series 4 dvd boxset.

Final Ratings: The Stolen Earth

Final ratings for the 12th episode of this series of doctor who have now been released. The ratings state that The Stolen Earth achieved 8.78 million viewers and was the 2nd most watched program of the week being Match of the Day (Euro 2008 Final). Final ratings for the 13th episode, Journey’s End will be released next week.

The Stolen Earth and Journey’s End are to be repeated on Sunday 13 July. The repeat starts at 5.35pm with The Stolen Earth and finishes with Journey’s End at 6.25pm.

The entire universe is in danger as the Daleks activate their masterplan. The Doctor is helpless, and even the Tardis faces destruction. The only hope lies with the Doctor’s secret army of companions – but as they join forces to battle Davros himself, the prophecy declares that one of them will die.

Overnight Ratings: The Stolen Earth

The overnight ratings for last night’s episode, The Stolen Earth are in. The figures show that The Stolen Earth achieved 7.4 million viewers giving an audience share of 38.3%, Doctor Who was the most watched program for the day beating Casualty by nearly 2 million viewers. ITV’s most watched program for the day was Who Dares Sings with 3.7 million viewers. Currently Doctor Who is the 7th most watched program for the week.
Final Ratings will be released in 10 days time.

Preview Clips: The Stolen Earth

Last night Bernard Cribbins appeared on The One Show and talked about his time on the new series of Doctor Who as well as the classic movie he appeared in with Peter Cushing, after he had a chat they played a preview clip from The Stolen Earth showing Wilf attack a Dalek with a paint gun that clip can be viewed here.
This morning Lis Sladen and Freema Agyman appeared on The Richard Arnold Show as part of GMTV, they talked about their appearances in the new series and Lis talked about her time in the Classic series, they also showed a clip with can be viewed here.
Also this afternoon Micheal Brandon appeared on Richard and Judy he talked about his time working on the finale, they also treated us to a new clip, the clip can be viewed here.
